If an RMA is necessary, please complete the RMA form and email the completed form to Customer Care.
Download the form to your desktop and save in the 2003 Excel format. Once you've completed your form, please re-save the file name as your company name and email to Customer Care.
A customer care representative will respond via email to you within 24 hours with the required RMA number and shipping location. Units cannot be returned without an RMA number.
Make sure to reference the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container, and enclose a copy of the completed RMA form in the shipping container.
